"Whether you're new to coaching or an experienced healer like me, this course will meet you where you are and gently guide you toward mastery"

My Life Coach Quest Journey
 By Brenda Cuby
Before this Quest, my life was full—but something inside me was calling for deeper alignment. As a CEO of a mental health charity and a passionate energy healer, I had already dedicated my life to supporting others. But I knew I needed a more structured, transformative approach to guide people through lasting change. I wanted to serve not just from intuition, but from mastery.
The reason I enrolled in this Life Coach Quest was to refine my ability to hold space, ask better questions, and unlock deeper transformation in others. What I was hoping to achieve was clarity, confidence, and a coaching framework that would elevate how I show up in the world—not only for others but also for myself.
After taking this Quest, I feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with my life’s purpose. This experience has expanded my capacity to listen, connect, and trust the wisdom that flows through me. It’s been a beautiful journey of growth and embodiment.
I wholeheartedly recommend this Quest to anyone who feels called to be a light for others. Whether you're new to coaching or an experienced healer like me, this course will meet you where you are and gently guide you toward mastery. The tools are practical, the teachings are profound, and the community is truly heart-centered.
The areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes include my confidence in coaching, the way I hold boundaries with grace, and how I navigate emotional challenges—both mine and others—with deeper presence and compassion.
My top 3 takeaways during this Quest were:
Coaching isn’t about having the answers—it’s about holding powerful space for transformation.
The importance of deep listening—beneath the words lies the true story.
When I coach from alignment, the energy speaks louder than technique.
The biggest positive change I’ve noticed is that I now trust myself more deeply as a guide. I’ve released the pressure to “fix” and stepped fully into the power of presence.
This Quest didn’t just teach me how to be a life coach—it reminded me of who I truly am. And from that place, I’m ready to help others remember who they are too.
