What a transformational exercise! I have learned how to pause, how to hear and watch my own thoughts, my body... I have improved 10x my relationship with myself, my wife and kids, friends, colleagues, and... even the usual stranger on the street. I simply love myself so much more... even though it may sound selfish, I needed to love myself like I need water!
