For 25 years I helped large companies win the future. Business development, marketing, infrastructure, energy, transport. Four continents. The work was real and I was good at it. The wins were big enough to frame.

The honest version: I did not enrol to learn how to coach other people. I learned to work with my brain and wiring it instead of against it. I found the new mountain that I want to climb.

Today, I run a coaching practice for high-performing professionals, most of them women, most of them standing exactly where I stood. I do not hand them a redemption story. I partner with them to create another phase in their A+ life instead of settling for a B+ one.
