I retired at the age of 60 when I was at the peak of my career. I loved my job and everyone I worked with, I loved my family and I loved almost everything about my life.
One fine day I decided that my life now was all about my grandchildren and I threw in the towel - of course to everyone's disbelief.
I spent the last four years traveling between Malaysia (my birth home), Dubai (my acquired home and home of my youngest), India (the home of my husband), and Arizona (the home of my two older children and most importantly my 3 grandchildren)
As much as it all sounds too good to be true - yes, there were rough times along the way too. I kept questioning my life, questioning my self-worth, questioning my purpose in life, etc. I worked from the time I was 18 years of age, and this newfound freedom was also hard to maneuver even to the point of suicidal thoughts along the way
The only constant was my desire to 'be there' for anyone who needed a shoulder or an ear.
So when MV came up with the Life Coach course which was affordable and also easy to manage from a timing perspective - it was like a shining light suddenly paving the way to the path that I have always envisioned
Today I am totally confident in handling anything that life will dish out to me and this course has equipped me with the tools to deal with any situation and by tools I also mean seeking help. I am now focused like never before and am so happy with myself, love myself again, and am all energized mentally to take on the next few years. I can see myself being a sought-after Life Coach!!!
