Before this quest, I was going through life life-changing event and found so much relief, thoughts started coming to my mind, what if I can help other women transform their lives? I needed a new purpose in life, I have been focused on myself for a long time...I was pondering if coaching is the way to go? and which coaching program to choose from. I did extensive research about the different institutes that offer life coaching. Then I came across Mindvalley, and my intuition was telling me to go with Mindvalley.

This was one of the best decisions I made, I got more out of this program than expected. The community and network, the opportunity to practice, expanding my focus from women only to include both men and women, and amazing book suggestions. The Non-violent communication method, the 3MIQ, and mediation tools. plus extra quests to start the coaching business. Looking forward to delving more into coaching and personal growth.
