This program was awe-inspiring from start to finish. Not only did I learn how to effectively coach my direct reports, I learned how to lead my life in a manner that's aligned with my own goals and objectives. The practices taught are practical, logical, and easily implemented and this has allowed me to become a better version of myself in all aspects of my life.
