Before this program I was in the process of healing another burn out. This program supported me in coaching myself through this and creating a plan for prevention. My inner value increased, and burn out is no longer part of my future. I am so grateful that this attracted me when it did. I am grateful for saying yes to me and belonging to me. I also have a knowing that I will be able to support others with increasing inner value to prevent saying yes to what burns them out.
