This year has been a rollercoaster, but the most significant achievement for me was finally learning to drive! It was undoubtedly the most challenging task l've ever faced, far out of my comfort zone. At first, I struggled to focus on the road and would often freeze at traffic lights, even when they turned green.

I never thought l'd be able to overcome my fear of driving, but thanks to Vishen's guided meditations, The Silva Ultramind System, I finally felt confident behind the wheel! As someone who excels in academics and feels comfortable in the world of books, driving was a daunting task that seemed impossible to master. Despite prolonged practice, I saw no improvement. But then I discovered Vishen's meditations, and his soothing voice and guidance helped me increase my focus rapidly. For the first time, I felt in control and comfortable driving! This program shifted my perspective on life – Ajit taught me to live in the present, letting go of worries about the past or future. I've adopted a positive mindset, and it's been life-changing. I didn't start this program to build a career, I just loved the idea of it. Coach Tori helped me realize I could use these concepts to make a difference.
