"Either you change or your path ends"
In life you start a new path because you found something that enlightened you, or because you had a very strong experience that made a change was the only option you have, the other was to lose yourself completely.
In my case, it was the second. Many things began to happen in my life that at one point forced me to look for a different “truth.” Religion, family, culture, country, work, everything had to be questioned and so it was.
In this search, I found that the universe always shows you what you are, what you think, and what you show to the world the universe gives you. After about 10 years of searching, books, workshops, and sessions with teachers and coaches, I began to study the benefits of meditation and began to change my mindset.
Suddenly, in a moment I realized that the years of studying and changing my mindset were giving incredible results in every aspect of my life. The path was not easy, with family who do not believe in this world of growth since they are trapped in the bubble of culture and traditions that they cannot or should not be changed, to friends and others who made fun of it.
However, I continued because I saw changes in myself that I loved, my life was more abundant now, it was much better, and I learned to navigate the good and the not-so-good. In short, I gained control of my life.
Later, there was no longer any teasing from friends or family, (not many, but it didn't matter anymore) I became the friend or relative from whom they asked for life advice since they saw that something changed for the better in me and I liked helping and guiding them.
Now I wanted to share with whoever is ready for this, everything that I had gone through and that helped me so much to flow in this world. For this I started with a new search, I needed to structure my help to others in a more appropriate way, in this new search it did not take me long, since for some years I had been sharing with a beautiful group of people, coaches, and teachers of different disciplines in the best school, Mindvalley, so I decided to enter the Life Coaching certification, here I got exactly what I needed:
-Empowerment to know that I can do it.
-Strengthen my knowledge and,
-Create new and cutting-edge tools to support others to improve their lives.
This program is a watershed to continue with my evolution and lead on this path to all those who want to be part of this evolution of humanity.
Currently, in addition to focusing on friends and family, I have a non-profit organization where, in addition to helping children, teens, and adults in aspects of education and health, I give them personal growth workshops, life coaching, parental coaching, and others.
I have reached many people with this knowledge and I will continue to share these tools until I positively influence everyone around me.
