Before Joining the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach Program, I coached at a surface level. My tendency was to coach the problem, not the client. This program has taught me how to go beneath to surface to the hidden beliefs and values. 
With the coach training and tools that I have received, and the 6 Phase Meditation Trainer Certification that was part of this course, I believe that I will be able to go deeper with my clients and help them see the limitations they are putting on themselves. I want to help my clients move toward their dreams and achieve incredible results.
