Before starting this program, I was looking for a direction in which I wanted to take my Ayurveda Wellness education. This program gave me the foundation to build an excellent consultation/coaching program. There was a wealth of knowledge that was so in tune with my thoughts and life concepts. I found my tribe! This is going to help me build my Ayurveda Wellness Consulting around other core principles in life that are needed to live a healthy, wholesome, and whole life!
