I enrolled in this program because I knew there were a few key puzzle pieces missing in my coaching toolbox and in my personal growth and development. I'd gotten in a rut, unsure of how to grow my current career coaching practice and develop the yoga-centric life coaching practice I've dreamt of creating for years.
Before the program, I'd also reached a point of professional isolation as I lived in a city, Washington DC, where I had few connections since I moved there right before Covid and because I worked from home as a one-woman show! This program exceeded all my wildest transformation dreams! The tremendous depth and breadth of topics was an extremely welcome surprise. It's given me a robust toolbox to develop both my career coaching and my yoga life coaching practices. It provided support, motivation, accountability and personal development all wrapped up in a warm, kind and caring blanket! Ajit said at the start we'd meet some great people and he was so so right about that. I've been thrilled to meet so many kind and generous people with whom I feel extremely connected, individuals I look forward to knowing for years.
Finally, it helped me pull together a move from Washington DC to Jersey City NJ, fulfilling one of my goals of living in a place near water (it's right on the Hudson River!) and giving me the courage and gusto to start a brand new adventure. I've become a better, more aware, more loving person, coach and businesswoman in just these few short months, and I can't wait to start this new bold phase of work and life.
