In January of this year, the company that I built from passion and purpose for two decades, was taken over by the very people I had invited to join me as partners in equal ownership. I had won 17 awards for my work over the years, established a presence on social media in my field of influence, gave webinars, and developed a steel product line of pergolas, benches, and planters.
As the creative director, I also led partner pow wows, mind melds, huddles, and leadership meetings that brought our build and design teams together. I used the platforms on Mindvalley to learn skills that I used in these meetings like the 3 most important questions.
As this was my creative force and my passion, it also was a large part of my identity. When this event happened so suddenly my identity as a leader, a designer, a creator, and a business partner was shattered.
This program created a framework for encoding the skills through active practice and immersion I needed to shift my heart, mind, and my creative force through self-awareness, care, and embodiment of the principles.
The course work, along with the Evercoach platform videos and shared knowledge is a powerful combination. As I near the end of the program I am deeply grateful for what this program has given me. A sense that I am not alone but am with a community of people who are creative, empathic, introverted, and intuitive.
Through the coaching methodology and the process of coaching myself, it has allowed me to heal and process what happened as something beautiful and mesmerizing the emergence of a new way of living with all my creative skills and experiences to share.
