I came into this program to learn more about what life coaching is all about. What I didn't realize was that it would help me with self-coaching and completely change the way I saw myself.
I loved how I could go at my own pace and write down notes when I wanted (I learn better that way).
The community that came out of it was so incredible. Everyone was always ready to help and give constructive feedback.
What's even more amazing was how a lot of people were willing to be vulnerable and open up so that 1) they could receive and 2) the coaching students could learn.

Definitely would recommend -- if not to be a life coach, then to learn the skills for self-coaching.
