Last year, I hit a point in my life where everything felt like too much. I was burnt out—physically, emotionally, and mentally. There was so much going on, I was drained and completely overwhelmed, struggling to cope and feeling utterly exhausted. It was a wake-up call. I knew I had to change something.
So I did.
I began to carve out small spaces for myself—to breathe, to slow down, to come back to my body and heart. I returned to meditation and yoga, started taking long, nourishing walks in the midst of the madness and demands I had as a business owner and single mum . Slowly, I began to feel glimpses of clarity again. Space opened up in my mind, and I started to truly hear myself for the first time in a long time.
I realized that my work wasn’t fulfilling me. It felt more like a chore than a calling—a way to pay bills rather than my purpose. Deep down, I knew I wanted more. I wanted to contribute, to connect, to guide. That’s when I found the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach program which immediately felt aligned —and everything began to shift.
Joining the program is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Over the past several months, my inner and outer world have transformed. I’ve let go of self-criticism and stress. I’ve learned to forgive myself, to care for myself with compassion, and to truly believe that I am allowed to dream.
And I have.
I dreamed of living in a sunny, warm country—and it’s already happening.
I dreamed of finding more time—and my days now feel more spacious and meaningful and I can manage my stress much better.
I dreamed of making a difference—and I’ve just welcomed my first potential client.
My relationships have deepened. My energy and zest for life has returned. I never want to stop learning and developing again. And most importantly, I’ve remembered who I am.
The people I have met through this journey truly feels close to my heart as we have been there to open up and support each other.
This journey didn’t just lead me to a new potential career—it brought me back to myself.
And now, I’m here to support others in doing the same.
