Since joining the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach Quest, I have noticed a big difference in my energy and others have noticed too. Before joining, I was always stuck in the past and had negative thoughts. This course teaches you to focus on the now/the present which can make a big difference to your life and others around you! I also meditate to the 6 phase mediation and this has helped me visualize goals and focus on putting positive energy out into the universe! I always knew my purpose was to help others and I cannot wait to share this with the world!
