Before the Program, I had heard about visualisation and meditation but never really took the plunge to practice and try it. I've always seemed to be the "responsible" one and the voice of reason to friends. This course has made such an impact on me to get the direction and structure I've been missing all along. My transformation has been noticed and I'm ready to make the difference I've been called to make in the lives of others by using and sharing the tools I've learnt.
