Before this program, I did not fully believe that I was capable of being a Life Coach when there are so many people - Like Jay Shetty, Vishen, Ajit, Tony Robbins, etc. out there already. I wondered "Why would anyone pay to have me coach them?". The Organize Your Mind section put me on the right track, and it was all enthusiastic learning from then on :) The 6-phase meditation was icing on the cake!
