I was already a certified Health and Wellness Coach and have been trained in many differing modalities. There were so many new techniques and approaches that this program added to my coaching toolbox that I'm so very glad I took this Quest. Not only did these techniques expand my coaching toolbox but because I applied so many things to myself first, it really allowed me to further gain insights into my own personal life and ways to heal and improve who I am.
