Today, I managed to understand how to manage the little things in my life, that make up for the big things. I am no longer rushing for the weekend…I have a live on weekdays too.
Meditation practice moved from good to have to non-negotiable, and it feels awesome.
I have stopped smoking after so many failed attempts. I felt the pressure of becoming a Life Coach, and doing something so harmful and contradictory, the tools in this course made the pressure a good study and self-coaching case for me. There is so much about this course and people’s lives impacted. I recommend it.
