I joined this program in the spirit of serving the community, what I didn't expect is how much this program would serve me. I am interested in taking my equestrian training and coaching program into a more holistic and balanced direction, one in which I believe the industry is in dire need of. This coaching program has given me the tools to formulate a program based on the principles that guide my clients into a heart-based relationship with their equine partner and through this a better heartfelt connection to the world around them. In order to develop as a rider, horses require of their human partner a certain level of self-awareness from which presence, empathy and connectedness can thrive within the partnership. This is what draws people to horses and by using the methods within this coaching program I am building a program that supports these concepts. The unexpected bonus was how much this program has helped my own personal growth and is helping develop my own sense of awareness and consequentially better peak performance on a level I didn't really know existed until now.
