"The Quest has enabled me to get a vision that not only supports my team but also goes out in the world to do more"

The reason I enrolled for this Quest was to become a Coach that would be able to guide my team in finding their path particularly at work and/or their careers. This was important to me because if my team is well aligned it would make my life at work easier and better. You see, I am a sales person leading a team of approximately 50 people reporting to me directly and indirectly. It can get crazy at times and having a well aligned team would give me more time to focus on my personal life and go to the gym(which I love doing).

What I was hoping to learn is how to guide the team on how to follow instructions and convince them to do what is expected of them. The shock was on me, my view of Life Coaching has been challenged. The Quest has enabled me to get a vision that not only supports my team but also goes out in the world to do more. I realize now that Coaching is about helping people stop playing small and start showing up in the world as though they were meant to be here.

I am thankful, I am excited and this has been an investment worth every energy spent.
