Before I began this program, I was an overwhelmed therapist looking for a way to be better, and to transition into coaching, which is the direction I believe the helping field is headed. There are too many problems with the medical model. However, I was very scattered, and had too many ideas. My confidence in my ability to help was low, and I lacked direction. The program helped me simplify, strip away excess, develop clarity, and hone my vision. In experiencing a group cohort model, I gained a model for my own evergreen program. And I fell in love with group coaching.
