"The insight you will learn about yourself and the people around you, and the skills you will gain along the way, are well worth it"

Before taking the Mindvalley Life Coach Certification program, I was the stereotypical introvert who struggled to communicate, feeling self-conscious in conversations and second-guessing if what I was trying to say was "correct." Regardless, I felt called to be in service to others and with my recent delve into self-development and improvement, when I saw the life coach certification offered on Mindvalley it just made sense. Through the program I was introduced to many other individuals with the same values, stepped outside my comfort zone to connect, and gained invaluable practical experience. My friends have noticed a change in how I present myself and hold a conversation thanks to the information I was able to put to use immediately. If anyone feels just a little bit called to join this program, just do it. Thinking will not change your world but action will. Even if you do not make life coaching your career, the insight you will learn about yourself and the people around you, and the skills you will gain along the way, are well worth it.
