"The exercise/assignments from the courses have given me a real insight into who I am"

Before this programme I would describe myself as a "kinda" coach with little confidence and a lack of direction or understanding who my clients were and because of that my confidence and enthusiasm were getting lower and lower. I had recently certified as a Holobody Coach and was so impressed with the course and results that I wanted to dive deeper into coaching so enrolling onto the Certified Life Coaching course with Ajit was a win win for me. Both programmes have changed me so much. The exercise/assignments from both courses have given me a real insight into who I am and what makes my heart sing. I still have more work to do but embrace it with the knowledge I will continue to learn and grow both as a person and an effective coach. It has also had a huge impact on my personal life as my husband is also a fellow MV coach (we have embarked on the journey together) this has had such a ripple effect on our young adults who are also now leaning into what MV has to offer. Our 16 year old son is particularly fond of Quantum Jumping used for his exams and football career.
