This program has been my lighthouse, directing me towards developing my coaching practice with confidence
I always had a passion for coaching and my 15 year career in Learning and Development helped me leverage coaching to create impact in my corporate career. But what this also did was stall my ability to expand my niche and consider leveraging it for financial independence when I needed a career break. I lived with the mindset that coaching was supposed to be a free service extended to all, and I never truly found the courage to charge people for my coaching service.
Post pandemic times, with the intensity of disruption we see in the economy, and more people needing coaching to thrive in every area of their lives as they resign from long term careers and choose different life paths, I saw the opportunity to help more people gain clarity and confidence to pursue their goals. But I felt stuck, and did not know where to start. That's when Vishen's video on my social feed grabbed my attention. All Mindvalley's quests are so meaningful and I knew the Life Coach Certification was what I needed in the moment that I saw Vishen talk to me through that social feed! It was all I needed to help me take that leap.
There has been no looking back since I signed up. The format and quality of the content is incredible. Take this from someone who comes from an L&D background - I had so many Aha aka WOA moments and learnings of my own because of the depth of the journey. I got to work on my blindspots and leverage my strengths to take on new coaching clients who appreciated my ability to help them and are now considering long term partnerships (this was even before the program came to an end). The confidence this program has given me is so immersive. It has helped me transform the way I view and offer coaching as a medium for change to the world I serve.
