"The coaching pods were always my favorite time of the week"

I am a social scientist, sex educator, and yoga practitioner and I live between the USA and India. Before this program, I believed that coaching was just a scam or a rip-off of therapy. I had a coach previously who charged me a lot of money to basically tell me things I already knew. I did not see much transformation.

I signed up to MindValley CLC to investigate if my assumptions were actually true. I was actually going to drop out of the program, but I decided to join one of Coach Sid's coaching pods. I was pretty reluctant. However, in that pod, I felt the power of learning, community, and connection.

I even talked about dropping out with a peer and she encouraged me to trust myself. I got more clarity on how I can use this skill set to work with people in the mental health and social development spaces. Through the coaching pod experience, and being deeply seen and understood, I decided to stay in the program and pursue the skill set of a life coach.

Throughout the program, the coaching pods were always my favorite time of the week. I loved connecting with complete strangers from around the world doing similar work and working to support each other. Everyone, including the MindValley staff, was always super helpful and responsive. I had relearned techniques to support me in working with people looking for transformation. I understood the differences and discrepancies between coaching, mentoring, and therapy. I really enjoyed the modules on asking powerful questions, creating goals using the 3 most important questions, and the 6 phase meditation. I used these tools to coach myself and reach my goals to create the life I have always imagined.

I can proudly say that due to MindValley CLC, I am a certified life coach. I have (finally) started my own business and working with clients. I created my own website and have slowly and progressively used the methods and techniques to recruit clients, set up systems, and allow myself to be fully seen in the world. I deeply value and honor the MindValley community and learning programs. I have grown and evolved and have shared the practices with my community. I think this is the best coaching program and allows people to truly feel seen, felt, and connected. Thank you, MindValley!
