I discovered the Mindvalley program and Vishen at Dave Asprey's Biohacking Conference in Orlando in September 2021. Vishen led us through his 6 phase meditation via Skype. The meditation resonated with me and Vishen made an impact. I made a commitment to practice this mediation daily. In February 2022, I listened to the talk given by Ajit on becoming a life coach. After a two-year lockdown with both of my businesses being shut down and struggling for work, not to mention a lot of emotional turmoil, I knew it was time to explore other options for a career path. As a self-professed biohacker, I am always looking for ways to improve my health and well-being. Life coaching seemed like something I should explore further. After listening to Ajit's presentation a couple of times, I decided to give it a try. I had nothing to lose at this point and only something to gain. My intuition told me I would like it, but from the first class, I loved it. So much of the guidance and framework reinforced all the work I had been doing on myself before. Each week I learned and gained perspective. I learned to be an empathetic listener, which is huge. Now having graduated the program, I am nervous but also excited to practice all I have learned with those seeking a better life for themselves. I have changed for the better and I hope to share the teachings and wisdom with my clients and friends. Thank you Vishen and thank you Coach Fran and Ajit.
