In the last year, I struggled with burnout, anxiety and severe endometriosis. I also had my divorce during the pandemic and all these things have made me work extra hard on my personal and spiritual growth so that I can bounce back to my optimal health and happiness. The timing of the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach training couldn't have come at a better timing.
It must have been divine intervention, as I've been thinking about training in coaching for some time, so when I saw the email from Mindvalley about the coaching programme, which I never knew they offered at the time, I knew straight away that this was my clear sign and that I just had to sign up. Being a long-term follower of Mindvalley, there was no other school I could have done this with. Receiving my completion certificate for me literally felt like the end of a dark tunnel and finally stepping into the light. My struggles are now behind me and I am grateful that they led me to where I am now. My new life awaits and I cannot wait to embrace the endless possibilities that are coming my way.

A couple of weeks ago, a very clear and profound message came to me in a dream: I came to this world to be a healer! I'm very certain that I am really truly aligning with that purpose. I can't wait to get started with this work, and use my lived experiences and newly acquired skills to help others heal their anxiety, get unstuck, and help transform them so they can live their fullest potential.
