Before I ever joined the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach program, people often came to me for advice. Friends, family—even coworkers—would open up, ask for guidance, or just sit with me to talk things through. I didn’t think much of it at the time. I was just “being there” for them. I had no idea I was already coaching.
Still, something inside me was searching for more. I wanted to understand why these conversations felt so natural, and how I could become even more intentional and impactful with them.
That’s when I found Mindvalley’s certification. From the very first module, it felt like coming home. The concepts weren’t just informative—they were validating. I began to see that what I had been doing instinctively had a name, a structure, and most importantly, a purpose.
As I went deeper into the training, something shifted. I stopped doubting whether I was “good enough” and started trusting the coach I had always been. Practice sessions turned into breakthroughs—not just for others, but for me, too. I learned to hold space, ask powerful questions, and truly listen—not just with my ears, but with my whole presence.
When I finally earned my certification, it wasn’t just a piece of paper. It was a reflection of the growth, clarity, and confidence I had gained along the way. I wasn’t becoming a coach—I was finally recognizing the coach I had always been.
Now, I step into each coaching session with intention and heart, grateful that I said yes to this path—and to the version of me that always knew this was part of my purpose.
