Becoming a coach has been my interest for many years. I was frequently sought out by family members, friends, employees, and professional peers to solicit my input and support when faced with challenges or life-altering decisions. As someone who has spent many years in self-development, including having coaches at different times in my life, I knew the value of being supported and was always willing to assist. There came a time when I made the decision to become a certified coach. According to Tao Te Ching, “…when the student is ready, the teacher will appear…” The opportunity to meet my teachers came in the form of an invitation to register for the Ever Coach Life-Coaching Training. Participating in this course was one of the highlights of my life. Ajit, a talented and accessible teacher, and his senior coaches, Fran and Sid, guided us through our sessions. The experience was heightened by Vishen, founder of Mindvalley, who introduced us to the latest version of the Six Phase Meditation. It was sheer magic. As the course progressed it became clear that I had given myself a valuable gift—one that was impacting my life both personally and professionally. It gave me insights into how I was “showing up” and amplified my self-awareness. The wealth of reference and supplementary material that accompanied each lesson was tremendously helpful. I look forward to sharing them with my future clients. I highly recommend this course to anyone in the coaching profession whether you are a new or experienced coach.
