Before this program, I struggled with people who I viewed as negative. I did not listen to understand, and knew how to help people mainly from what I believed and my faith. Now I understand people are not negative or positive, we all have different lenses that we observe from. Our differences in life require communication, patience, and understanding of one another. As a coach, I now know I am able to help anyone by trusting the process and knowing each person already has the answer they seek within them, and I can help by being curious and asking questions to understand.
