"Now I find myself opening up more to others, and having better conversations"

Before this program I gave more of myself than I listened, I left little room for more experiences. Now I find myself opening up more to others, and having better conversations and I think this program reminded me that we all are the same, we all struggle with something, and we all sometimes doubt ourselves. And that, in the end, we value authenticity as well as vulnerability. That will never fail, because if we feel it, the other may feel it too.

This program grounded me, whenever I wanted to feel either superior or inferior in this life.
