My favorite benefit of this coaching program was the opportunities to connect with people through the online community, self-organized groups, or coaching pods

Over a decade ago, a life coach helped me imagine new possibilities and transform my work and life. I kept the poster board we created, full of sticky notes describing my ideal environment, workplace, relationships, and other topics. Due to how many items have been realized or explored, that board reminds me of what is possible, with the help of a supportive coach.

Early in 2022, my job was eliminated as part of a corporate layoff. This event provided me with a great opportunity to explore how I could develop skills to help myself and others, the same way a life coach helped me. The Mindvalley Certified Life Coach (CLC) program was starting at the perfect time. I contacted a few graduates for more information. Given their praise for their experience with the program, the decision was easy!

Having completed the CLC program, I appreciate the variety of frameworks that were presented, as well as the completeness of the content. My favorite benefit of this coaching program was the opportunities to connect with people through the online community, self-organized groups, or coaching pods. I enjoyed meeting, coaching, and being coached by the interesting, inspiring people I met in the program. In addition to reaching my goal of becoming a certified life coach, I came out of CLC with supportive colleagues and friends, I never would have met had I not enrolled.
