As a physician I am considered to be knowledgeable, smart, professional, and a high achiever. The problem is that I believed I was an imposter. I thought I did not have anything to bring to the table and made my life easier by avoiding the spotlight!
Burnout is extremely common among healthcare professionals and suicide rate is alarming among physicians. I experienced it first hand and was able to reorganize my life in such a way that I can enjoy both my life and my job. I embarked on a journey of self discovery and growth which led me to becoming certified as a Life and Health coach.
Mindvalley is an excellent platform for self paced learning and the delivery is superb. I decided to enroll on the Life Coaching Certification and I do not regret it.
Lessons are valuable, the community is superb (lots of accountability and compassion). Having weekly live calls to discuss our concerns provides an excellent container for growth. Resources are valuable and you get your money worth and more!
Now I have a growth mindset, have a different outlook on life, fill my days with compassion and most of all-- I am ready to transform the world! I cannot keep quiet since my fellow physicians will miss out on everything I have to offer. I am unique and enough. I can do whatever I want to. I can try as many times as I want to, There are no right or wrong ways. Everything is feedback.
I have direction and a sense of purpose that pushes me forward. I am living!
