I am a voracious reader and have read a lot of self-help books and books that enhance productivity, mindset, and other aspects of life that are typically essential to human beings in general. The theoretical knowledge seems to be completely in place but this program made me realize how to put the theoretical knowledge to good use for yourself, and for others it gave me tools to help myself and others, and now I can confidently say that I know the Why behind many of the things that happened within our body, many of the things that we do in response to certain events, many of the habits that we form yet cannot break away from. This makes it simpler to decode and crack the problem at its root. So yes, all in all, it’s been a great learning experience rather than a transformational one.
