Before the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach program, I was coaching and healing others from more of an energetic, emotional, healing, and spiritual perspective. I'm also the author of several books, most recently The Formula For Lasting Happiness and A Soul's Perspective: How To Finally Heal and Transform Your Life. This program has given me more awareness of how to transform the thinking of my clients and how to structure a highly effective longer-term relationship with my clients, so now I am working with my clients over multiple months to guide them through self-mastery of their mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects. It is incredibly powerful and transformative. I'm grateful for this program and all of the incredible people I have met in this amazing community.
