" It is a game-changer, and I feel ready to help more people"

Before I started this program, I was stuck on many personal and professional issues. I was doing "OK," but I felt something was amiss. I had been practicing medicine for over three years with moderate success, but I felt stuck; something was missing in my practice. Patients responded well, but my impact was negligible. My day was boiled down to listening, diagnosing, prescribing, and following up repeatedly. I knew medicine alone fell short. I enrolled in Mindvalley to discover more about myself and how to better connect with patients. My goal was to understand people and how to help them through an arduous journey. I was used to telling people to take a pill, have surgery, or do this and that, but I felt it was not enough; I was not connecting with people at their core and was leaving too much on the table. I hoped this program would bridge the gap and help me help others. The result was much more significant than expected; I discovered things about myself that had been blocking me from truly connecting with others. I learned so much and was able to shift some of my beliefs that, in turn, helped me be a better listener and more compassionate, but mainly to focus on helping people transform their lives not by a pill or a procedure but with congruence to their beliefs about themselves. I have used the three most important questions so much, finding that they open many doors and help change the focus from what to why and how; this alone has made an enormous impact personally and professionally. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wishes to help others and to anyone who wishes to dive deeper into self-discovery. You may be surprised by what you find.
