Since the pandemic, I've been working on my personal development. I learned meditation and Yoga, and did various programs like Lifebook. My transformation and an act of philanthropy gave me deep joy that I had never experienced before. In the process, I felt a calling that I want to help people experience similar joy and contentment. I decided to become a coach but wasn’t sure how to become one.
Meanwhile, I bought Mindvalley membership for my husband as his birthday present. He wanted to attend the Self-mastery seminar on the 29th of Jan but couldn't. Instead, I decided to attend it not having a clue about what it was all about. Turned out, that it had a lot of information on becoming a Mindvalley Evercoach certified life coach.
Even more mystic is the fact that I had been doing the Silva Ultramind course and 2 days prior to the Self-mastery seminar, when I was doing the mental video technique to request help from higher intelligence, I had visualized the problem of not having enough clarity on how to become a coach. I believed the seminar was the answer to my prayer and paid the deposit for it instantly.
I have completed the course now and this has been one of the most beautiful periods of my life. It has transformed my life so much and I have made such a beautiful impact on my family as well. It has improved my well-being, my relationships, and my outlook on life. It was like a vacation to go deep within myself and help many others do the same. I have also made lovely like-minded friends for life, all over the world.
I would like to share this feedback from my husband to demonstrate the impact on my family:
“Retrospectively I can see that I’ve usually been averse to taking on unsolicited advice from you as my wife, particularly when you ask me to change something in my behavior. But since you started the coaching program, you seem to have changed the way you present yourself and offer suggestions, I have taken on board a few things, that too willingly have helped me improve myself.
e.g. being a busy doctor I never thought twice about turning up a few minutes late for a few meetings as there was always something that demanded my attention. But the way you put it to me, you made me realize that I was disrespecting the other people in the meeting by turning up late and not valuing their time. I wouldn’t stand for someone else disrespecting my time and you made me realize how oblivious I had been about the impact of my indifference to punctuality. This prompted a change in my behavior and I have not been late to any meetings since then, so thank you for that. There have been many other instances where you have made a suggestion here and there, never intrusively but in the right way at the right time using the right words and I easily take on board, the suggestions to keep improving myself.
So, if you can penetrate the spousal defenses and barriers, I’m sure you will be able to impact strongly on any coachees / clients in your newly chosen profession as a life coach.”
Thank you Coch Ajit, Fran, Sid, Sudha and Vishen for creating this amazing course and delivering it to us in the comfort of our homes. Thanks to all my wonderful peers for the support and encouragement.
“Jump! You will develop wings along the way” is one of my favorite quotes.
I’m glad I jumped into this program and would highly recommend it to anyone who would want to transform their lives & those of others around them.
