Before I entered the life coaching class I had taken some intensive personal development, and experiential training. It set me on a course to learn more about myself and how to hold others high.
 
In my career as an adult, I have done some sort of coaching or consulting. It has always been rewarding to help others achieve. 

 Going through the Life Coaching training has provided me with tools and abilities that I get to polish into a skill. Holding others high is the energy of love.
