For over 40 years, I have dedicated my life to guiding others through yoga and Pilates, helping people of all ages and backgrounds connect with their bodies, find balance, and build strength, both physically and mentally. Over time, I realized that movement was only one part of a person’s overall well-being. My work naturally evolved into deeper conversations about mindset, resilience, and personal growth. It felt like the perfect next step to add life coaching to my tool belt, expanding the ways I could support my clients on and off the mat.
Now that I have started my journey as a life coach, I am exploring creative ways to integrate my years of experience in yoga and Pilates with my coaching practice. The program has given me the confidence and structure to bridge these two worlds, allowing me to bring a more holistic approach to my clients. It has also inspired me to think outside the box, whether through one-on-one coaching, workshops, or retreats, to blend movement, mindfulness, and personal growth in a way that feels aligned and impactful.
As I continue deepening this integration of yoga, Pilates, and life coaching, I am also beginning to envision what retired life could look like for me. But instead of seeing it as an endpoint, I see it as another evolution, an opportunity to create, explore, and remain open to all possibilities. My passion for helping others is still strong, and I look forward to embracing this next chapter with curiosity and purpose, allowing my work to grow and shift as I do.
