"INever thought I would be so proud of myself and so full of self-confidence"

My whole life I suffered because of the mistreating in my childhood. I always thought I will never be good enough. Since a few years back, my daughter was in the same way, in depression and thinking of suicide as I was many years. So I started with Mindvalley last year to get better and be a good role model. First I reduced my weight by over 35 kg from 104 kg to 69 kg with Wildfit. As I saw that I was able to do that after 30 years of trying without success I wanted more.

My desire was to help my daughter as I helped myself. So I started a german coaching program and got a certified Impulse-Coach. The tools I've learned are so special and fantastic that I decided they have to be translated into English, so that much more coaches can profit on it and help their clients better. But I missed the right vocabulary. So I started the course Mindvalley CLC and today I not only learned the needed vocabulary, I even learned a lot more about myself. I have also changed the people who are close to me. In March my daughter agreed to see a therapist and feels a lot better than before. (I was not able to help her although I had the best tools, because as a loving mom I wasn't able to be neutral and not judgemental). But I stand always by her side and support her with everything I can do.

Now I have translated all the tools and working on forming a course, in which other coaches can be taught these wonderful tools.

Thank you so much for all the content, love, and understanding I got through the whole course. Never thought I would be so proud of myself and so full of self-confidence. Today I believe that I can do anything if I just put my mind to it.

Big love and hugs

Marita
