I am middle aged and have been fortunate enough to be semi retired for 10 years.
Before this program, I was struggling to find a way to give back to my community that was meaningful to me. I always enjoyed being of service to others but always felt it was in a superficial way. I was struggling to find something that truly resonated with me.
Along came an ad on social media for the Mindvalley Life Coach program and immediately I was intrigued. It really spoke to me and I signed up within the next day for the program.
Since the program, in my personal life, I have become so much better at being present during my conversations with my partner, son and friends. I have gotten to know myself much better and am so much happier. I LOVE the opportunity to work with people and help them find even a small piece of happiness or internal peace.
