Before this program, I was a bit skeptical of how I would be able to apply Life Coaching Principles to my Leadership Coaching in the Corporate world. To my surprise, I was delighted to see that many of the topics that I have been certified in through various vendors are covered in this one course at such an in-depth level. I was actually able to apply additional bits of knowledge & implement some new tools to my leadership curriculum. The 3MIQ has been a phenomenal way to connect between departments while discussing goals, uncover the training/skills required for growth, AND learn what our associates care most about from a contribution standpoint. We have greater clarity of which organizations our associates would be more likely to volunteer at, for community outreach efforts going forward.
