"I’ve shed old patterns of over-responsibility and self-suppression"

Before this Quest, my life was full but not fully aligned. I was leading a successful career in healthcare consulting, mentoring pharmacy students, and dancing competitively in ballroom. I had achieved many things professionally and personally, yet something deeper was calling: a desire to live and lead with more emotional freedom, authenticity, and soul.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to explore that calling. I didn’t want another credential. I wanted a transformation. I wanted to reconnect with my truth, upgrade the way I support others, and create a life that reflects not just what I do, but who I am.
After taking this Quest, I feel awake, aligned, and deeply empowered. I’ve shed old patterns of over-responsibility and self-suppression. I now lead from a place of grounded presence and inner wisdom. Reaching a milestone birthday this year, I feel this Quest has helped me reinvent myself as I had hoped for.
My top 3 takeaways:
Transformation is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who I am. I am more confident in accepting and embracing myself and not caring so much about what others think.
Coaching is a sacred space of truth, not advice. As a coach, I lead with safety, openness, honesty, authenticity, and acceptance. I am a sounding board for my clients and I guide them to find the answers that are already within themselves.
My secret to freedom, joy, and impact begin with honoring my purpose and living each day with gratitude. Then I have to take intentional action that aligns with my purpose each and every day. If things are difficult, just do 1% better than yesterday.
The biggest positive change: I’ve integrated decades of leadership and life experience into a new identity: as a Certified Life Coach who helps high-achieving professionals break free from invisible limits and live their truth, unapologetically.
This Quest helped me remember that I am the medicine I offer the world.
