I've had a difficult few years with a lot of change and felt lost. Mindvalley helped me ask myself some important questions about the direction I wanted my life to go in. I was living day to day and reacting to everything around me. After having started working on myself with the help of Mindvalley I signed up for the Life coach certification programme to first, understand myself better and one day, to help others design their lives. The programme has been life changing, I am able to manage my emotions better which has an effect on my relationships. I am designing my life based on my values and it feels good.
