That's why I decided to embark on a life coaching certification journey. It wasn't just about learning new techniques; it was about transforming my approach. I learned to truly listen, to ask powerful questions (3MIQs) that sparked self-discovery, and to create a safe space for people to explore their potential.
One of the most fascinating aspects of this journey was understanding the power of cultural nuances in coaching. What resonates in the UK might not work in India, and a direct approach in Singapore could be perceived differently elsewhere. This global perspective enriches my coaching style and allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. I TRULY learned and enjoyed both Ajit and Vishen's approaches, in specific meditation techniques.
Beyond my corporate role, I aspire to build a thriving coaching practice. I want to use my global experience to help people from all walks of life unlock their full potential and live fulfilling lives.
