Before the MV Certified Life Coach program, I was living my life in a loop. I was set on an autopilot schedule of learning (what felt like learning), work, and sleep. My marriage was on the rocks and my relationship with my son was distant. After completing this program I have discovered ways to become more present (being interested than interesting), changing my negative thought patterns and techniques to help others do the same. I'm excited to share what I have learned with others so they too can be more present and get off the autopilot track to experience life.
