Completing this program has been a life transformation for me. I'm very happy that I took this step and worked through it. Before I joined, I was on a path to making a change in my life and finding joy. I wanted to change career and be able to commit to improving my self-confidence to take the necessary steps to do something different in my life. I lacked clarity and confidence to take action, I was stuck with the planning and planning phase with no end without taking any action, fearing that I would fail, so I never took any steps. This program gave me the clarity and the confidence I needed to act on my plans and start to see the results of my actions every day. It also gave me something I didn't expect, which is a sense of calm, and focus, and it increased my love and compassion for everyone around me. I stopped judging myself or others. I'm definitely in a better place emotionally, physically, and mentally after completing this program.
