"I learned to implement daily routines that have elevated me to a place where I can confidently see my purpose"

I have spent most of my life educating people with autism and other disabilities and working with trauma survivors, and I have been grateful for the vast knowledge and experience I gathered that allowed me to help others learn, grow, and achieve, but it began to take a toll, both physically and emotionally, and I neglected my health and well-being and became prone to illnesses. I have also been challenged with being introverted and usually feel less comfortable around vast numbers of people.

One day, I chanced upon a Mindvalley video talking about the Certified Life Coach Program, and I was drawn to it enough to explore it further. It turns out that it was one of the best decisions I ever made because the content and knowledge base are extensive, the coaches are dynamic, and the community is wonderfully supportive and welcoming, but best of all, I have almost fully overcome my anxiety around large groups and gained so much confidence that I feel transformed. It is such an emancipated feeling to no longer be impeded by fears of being judged, and I credit all that to Evercoach, where I learned to implement daily routines that have elevated me to a place where I can confidently see my purpose.

Today, I am a life coach, still helping others but much better equipped in my sense of self and able to give my all to others looking for guidance, change, and all that the universe deigns to bestow. This has been life-changing for me! Thank you Mindvalley and Evercoach.
